We use a Form that must be filled in by the Remote Site Operator om his Smartphone. He/She needs to connect to a webpage via wifi. The information is immediately uploaded to a Google Sheet where the data is captured, and used to create a report in PDF or Google sheet format and then mailed to preferred persons.

The process from submission by the Site Operator is fully Automated and normally takes less than 2 minutes from report submission to e-mails been send. The client can select the input required and the report output format as well as analysis and computations of the data.
